MCD KALLANG SUCKS!

Ever went into a fast food outlet and get your day ruined?? It happened today.. I was standing few metres behind the queue with no one behind me.. I'm SMS-ing someone when that Service crew shouted to me.. "OIE! Want to order or not!" I wasn't even blocking your queue lor.. Please mind the rest who is queueing up for food behind your co-workers instead of shouting at me with that rude tone of yours!! So i just stared at her for a second before continue my SMS business.. When i went to order. She started talking about everything under the sun to her co-workers. What she want to do after work etc. Clicking on her board whichever item which i ordered but she got it all wrong.. WTH!
I ordered1 double cheese burger, 1 fillet burger, 1 fillet meal and 1 mcspicy meal.. up size BOTH meals with LARGE coke WITHOUT ice..(means i should be getting 1 double cheese burger 2 fillet burger, 1 mcspicy burger, 2 large fries and 2 large coke without ice)
The food items i got is.. 1 cheese burger. 2 fillet burger. 1 double mcspicy. 2 under packed medium fries, 2 medium coke with ice..
She continue staring at me as thou she did nothing wrong with the orders and shouted what am i waiting for in the queue after my food is packed.. Until i told her about her wrong orders.. She said that i didn't tell her that.. Best thing is.. She change fries and drinks reluctantly.. Poured the fries into the large fries packet making it look severely under pack.. And she gave me 2 3/4 filled large coke. How nice of a service is that..
I was damn pissed off with that attitude of that service crew.. That i went forward to tell the senior manager "Thank you for the wonderful and pleasant service that your crew gave me.. Filled with wrong attitude, wrong orders and under packed food.. I will not visit this outlet anymore.. Being a MCD crew for two years.. I knew how a MCD staff should act like.. Not like a barbarian that your crew have shown me.. Thanks alot!" And i left.. Seriously.. That girl should not be in the service industry if her attitude is like that.. Even the customer behind me said that he heard what i ordered and she did give the wrong items..

To that girl.. You can seriously consider changing job.. This job in the service line don't suit you..
